- Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once you approve your proof and production begins.
- If we cannot fulfill your request, we will email you with the option of a refund, store credit, or waiting until the item can be fulfilled.
- If your item arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

PROCESSING
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing custom or personalized items.
- A design proof will be emailed for your approval before your item is finalized and shipped.
- Approval delays or requested revisions may extend processing time.
- Payment is due at the time of ordering.
SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: 2–4 days after shipment.
- Shipping time is separate from processing time. Express shipping does not shorten processing or proof approval time.
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders totaling $60 or more.
