Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. The information below explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. 


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated before checkout.

Current shipping options include:

Free Standard Shipping Orders of $60 or more
Express Shipping $15.00

Shipping rates and promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new product launches, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Certain handmade, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If an order requires an extended processing period, 22Eighteen will notify the customer by email.


Shipping Carriers

22Eighteen primarily ships through USPS and may utilize UPS or another carrier when appropriate.

Carrier selection is determined by package size, destination, shipping service selected, and operational needs.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email is not received, please contact CustomerCare@22Eighteen.com as soon as possible.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the selected shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside the control of 22Eighteen, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Mechanical delays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

22Eighteen is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to 22Eighteen because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. If a shipping label has already been created or the order has entered fulfillment, the shipping address may no longer be changed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility for a shipment transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as Delivered.

22Eighteen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

  • Verify the shipping address on the order confirmation.

  • Check around the delivery location.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or the leasing office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

Please note that shipping carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery. Customers are encouraged to allow up to 7 calendar days for the package to arrive before initiating a missing package claim with the carrier.

Upon request, 22Eighteen may provide tracking information or delivery confirmation to assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Delays

22Eighteen is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.

Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier operations, holidays, transportation disruptions, customs (if applicable), or other circumstances outside the control of 22Eighteen do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or reimbursement of shipping charges.


Domestic Shipping

At this time, 22Eighteen ships only within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available.
