Are your products suitable for all types?
Some of our products are suitable for a range of electronics, accessories or clothing.
Having said that, our phone cases are only designed for the phone model it is made for. We do not recommend that you use a phone case model for a similar model phone as there are subtle differences between each phone model and may render the phone inoperable.

How can I find what phone I have?
APPLE iPHONE
Find your SETTINGS app (looks like a grey gear) - Tap GENERAL - ABOUT. Under "Model Name" you should be able to find which model your iPhone is.
SAMSUNG GALAXY
Find your SETTINGS app when you swipe notification screen down (should be a small gear) - Scroll to the bottom and tap "ABOUT PHONE", at the top where it says "PRODUCT NAME" you should find which model your Galaxy phone is.
Please make sure you select that specific model as a different model may mean you're buying a case that isn't suitable & will not fit correctly.
Where can I find the sizes for your products?
Access the features tab for detailed information on item features, materials, and dimensions all located near the "ADD TO CART" button of the site.
How are your products handmade?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you offer international shipping?
No, unfortunately we don't at this time, but wish to do so soon. We only ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Our commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond just selling you a product. That's why we offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of receipt, as long as the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Reach out to our dedicated customer care team for seamless assistance with your return.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days and shipped promptly. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Depending on your delivery methods, shipping usually takes place within 5 business days.
Standard Shipping 3-5 business days
Express Shipping 2-4 business days
I've changed my mind, may I have a refund?
Sure! You have 60 days from the date of order, to start the process of returning your unused, unopened purchase. Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund.
Refund turnaround time depends on your banking institution.
I received a defective item, how can I return it?
You have several options for returning an item deemed defective, but first, if you suspect that your product is flawed, we need you to email customer care immediately.
If your item is indeed a manufacturers flaw, we will start the process of getting the item returned for you and offer you the following:
- refund
- exchange
- store credit
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS for shipping.
Our processing time is usually 0-2 days (usually same day). However, once the items are handed off to the carrier, you should see the shipping timeline be within 5 business days.
Standard Ship 3-4 business days
Express Ship 1-2 business days
We will occasionally use UPS if they are offering faster ship times, but we will note that its rare when we do.
HELP! I added the wrong address, can I still change it?
YES!Β As long as your order has not started shipping, we can edit your address. However, we will not be able toΒ IFΒ you have received an email that your order has shipped with a tracking number.

So it's imperative to make sure and double check your shipping address to ensure your order isn't delivered to the wrong address and sent back to us.
If an item is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, aΒ $7 processing feeΒ will be invoiced to reship the items out to the correct address.
