REFUNDS & RETURNS
What is the return policy?
Any item purchased from 22Eighteen and ordered within 60 days, may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the made on demand nature of 22Eighteen, we do not offer refunds.
And even then only special circumstances will warrant a refund.
I received my order and it was damaged! What do I do?
If you received your order and your item(s) were damaged due to shipping, first allow us to offer our apology! No one enjoys the excitement of a new package to then be gutted by damage!
Upon receipt, PLEASE email CustomerCare@22eighteen.com IMMEDIATELY! This allows us to start an investigation process with UPS or USPS into the damage occured. With your email please include clear, pictures of damage that has occurred. You should receive an email back within 24-48 hours from us with the next process to take for us to make it right.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping domestically in the United States is as follows:
- Economy (5-8 business days) $5
- Standard (3-4 business days) $7
- Express (1-2 business days) $20

Where do you deliver?
Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship within the United States.
We are looking into shipping worldwide, so make sure to join our mail list to stay posted for that.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
When will my order be shipped?
Processing can take about 2-3 business days before any item is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address?
YES! As long as your order has not started shipping, we can edit your address. However, we will not be able to IF you have received an email that your order has shipped with a tracking number.

So it's imperative to make sure and double check your shipping address to ensure your order isn't delivered to the wrong address or sent back to us.
If an item is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, a $7 processing fee will be invoiced to reship the items out to the correct address.
How can I track my order?
There are a few ways to track your 22Eighteen order.
The first place you can access your tracking number is your email. As soon as an item begins processing, a tracking number is immediately generated. That tracking number is automatically sent to your email.
The other way to track your 22Eighteen order is to log in to your 22Eighteen account and go to "Orders" or your Shop account and click on "Orders" tab to find recent orders.
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
Any order with multiple items will be shipped together.
Unless you make several orders, with separate order numbers and tracking numbers, your complete order will be shipped at once.
You can always check your order by logging into your account to see all orders.
