Every order means the world to this small business, and your support is genuinely appreciated. Our goal is to provide products you'll love and customer service you can count on. The policies below are intended to create a fair experience for both our customers and 22Eighteen.

Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only during the transaction in which they are entered.

Please note:

Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Coupon codes must be entered during checkout before payment is submitted.
Discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Price adjustments will not be issued for missed promotions, expired offers, or forgotten discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed provided that a shipping label has not yet been created.

If a shipping label has already been generated, the order has entered the fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 15-minute window.

If the order qualifies under the Return Policy after delivery, a return request may be submitted once the package has been received.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Include original packaging whenever possible.
Be free from damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or normal wear.
Receive prior approval from Customer Care before being returned.

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items
Clearance items
Final Sale merchandise
Free gifts or promotional items
Gift cards
Personalized or customized items (unless defective or incorrect)
Any item otherwise marked as non-returnable

Free gifts are provided at no additional cost, have no cash value, and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit.

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the return is the direct result of an error by 22Eighteen (including shipment of an incorrect item or an approved manufacturing defect), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by Customer Care.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Orders should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, please contact CustomerCare@22Eighteen.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.

90-Day Product Warranty

22Eighteen stands behind the quality of its products.

If a product experiences a manufacturing defect or functional failure within 90 days of the delivery date, a warranty claim may be submitted for review.

To initiate a warranty claim, email CustomerCare@22Eighteen.com with:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs and/or video showing the damage or malfunction

Warranty claims are reviewed individually.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and functional failures resulting from normal, intended use.

This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Intentional damage
Misuse or abuse
Improper installation
Product alterations or modifications
Cosmetic wear from normal use
Damage caused by negligence

22Eighteen reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether damage qualifies as a manufacturing defect, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or any other condition affecting warranty eligibility.

Approved warranty claims may be fulfilled with a replacement product of the same item or, if unavailable, a comparable item of equal value.

Buy Now, Pay Later

22Eighteen offers select Buy Now, Pay Later payment options, including Shop Pay Installments and Afterpay.

These services are administered by independent third-party financial providers and are subject to their own eligibility requirements, payment schedules, financing decisions, fees, and terms of service.

Questions regarding installment payments, financing approvals, payment schedules, late fees, declined applications, or account management must be directed to the applicable Buy Now, Pay Later provider.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with the provider's policies. Any questions regarding the timing of refunded installment payments should be directed to the applicable financing provider.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, notification of the refund decision will be sent by email.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Financial institutions may require up to 10 business days to process and post refunded funds.

In select circumstances and at the sole discretion of 22Eighteen, store credit may be offered in place of a refund.

Store credit:

Has no cash value.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Is non-transferable.
May only be used toward future purchases at 22Eighteen.com.

If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved, please contact CustomerCare@22Eighteen.com.

Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages

Responsibility for a shipment transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as Delivered.

22Eighteen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If a package appears to be missing after delivery, customers should:

Check around the delivery location.
Check with household members, neighbors, or property management.
Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim when applicable.

Upon request, 22Eighteen may provide tracking information or delivery confirmation to assist with carrier claims.

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to 22Eighteen due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for all applicable reshipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse of Policy

To protect customers and the integrity of the business, 22Eighteen reserves the right to refuse or limit returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty claims, replacements, store credit, or future purchases at its sole discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive or repeated return activity.
Frequent claims involving damaged, missing, or defective merchandise.
Abuse of promotional offers or discount programs.
Fraudulent or misleading claims.
Product substitution or attempts to return merchandise not originally purchased from 22Eighteen.
Activity reasonably believed to be intended to obtain products, refunds, replacements, or store credit through dishonest or deceptive means.

22Eighteen reserves the right to request additional information or documentation when reviewing any return, refund, warranty, replacement, or fraud-related claim.

Accounts exhibiting unusual purchasing or return activity may be restricted, suspended, or prohibited from placing future orders.

Pricing Errors

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing, inventory, product descriptions, and promotional offers, occasional errors may occur.

22Eighteen reserves the right to correct any pricing, inventory, product description, or promotional error and to cancel or refuse any order placed based upon incorrect information, regardless of whether payment has already been processed.

If an order is cancelled due to a pricing or website error, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
