Care Instructions
- Spot clean with a soft cloth using mild soap and cool water.
- Allow to air dry completely before storing or using.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, or abrasive scrubbing.
- Do not iron or expose to high heat.
- Avoid overstuffing the pouch, which may stretch the material or reduce closure performance.
- Periodically inspect the strap, lobster claw hardware, and closure for normal wear.
- Store flat or hanging in a cool, dry place when not in use.
*Most phones that do not exceed 6.5" long will fit comfortably within the Velcro closure.

- Please review all names, initials, spelling, colors, and other requested details carefully before approving your proof.
- Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once you approve your proof and production begins.
- If we cannot fulfill your request, we will email you with the option of a refund, store credit, or waiting until the item can be fulfilled.
- If your item arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: 2–4 days after shipment.
- Shipping time is separate from processing time. Express shipping does not shorten processing or proof approval time.
