When will my order ship?
Processing usually occur within 1-2 days (excluding holidays). Shipping usually occurs within 3-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the item is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to be able to soon.
I made a mistake, can I change my order?
We get it — we move fast! If you need to make changes, email us ASAP at customerCare@22eighteen.com. Once your order is processed, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations. If you've received tracking, we won't be able to change it and you'll have to wait until its delivered & start a return.
What's your return policy?
You have 60-days to return items that are unused and unopened and are still in its original packaging for a full refund.
Do you offer custom cases?

You can request your model via email and we'll let you know if we can get it or if we have it.
