What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order, except FINAL SALE items such as items in the "Clearance" Collection.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Processing usually occur within 1-2 days (excluding holidays). Shipping CAN take up to 3-7 business days, but that depends on the carrier. Once orders are handed over to the carrier for shipping, we no longer have control over shipping times or conditions.

You can request your model via email and we'll let you know if we can get it or if we have it.
